On this Memorial Day, I got my ass up at 5:30 and went to work out. I hadn’t been in months, and I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow…and the next day, and the next. It takes a lot of discipline to do this, and just getting out of the sleeping in routine is a chore. So there’s a guy there this morning, who brought his water bottle…along with his chewing tobacco. WTF? It’s like lighting up on the treadmill. Not to mention how attractive someone is with a wad of that nasty crap it in their cheek. So hot.
