You know what’s fun to say?
Rancho Cucamonga
Lolita Davidovitch
discombobulated
apoplectic
anaphylactic
flummox
catawampus
doppelganger
bamboozle
barnacle
capitulate
dyspepsia (although not fun to have)
obsequious
fastidious
copacetic
cacophony
latissimus dorsi
duodenum (but more fun to say Shoo Be Doowah-denum like we did in Physiology class)
Cacophoney is my fave word ever (I am a nerd!!).
A friend got drunk at a birthday party a few weekends ago and told us of her love for saying Laka Titicaca. I think she said Lake Titicaca about 300 times in 3 hours, and it cracked her up every time.
Dude, you for got kerfuffle! One of my favorites – along with Rancho Cucamonga.
And, yes, I know that forgot is not two words! Thumb got a bit overzealous on the space bar.
Rancho Cucamonga is one of my favorite things to say as are onomatopoeia and gingivitis and solipsistic.
My dad always gets a bit tongue-tied when trying to say “Rancho Cucamonga” and just ends up saying, “You know. That place where your cousin lives.”
You put my favorite in there! Guess which one it is?
…no?…
Okay, I’ll tell you: DISCOMBOBULATED.
It’s a perfect descriptor for me.
OMG this had me laughing… shoo be doo wah denum. I am so going to use that at work!
i like CONUNDRUM, myself. also, furuncle. gross but, nevertheless, fun to say.
